Different Nail Art Strokes in Elle Magazine
Elle Canada recognized our Fing'rs artistry and highlighted our Fing'rsPrints Street Beat in Haute Mess press-on nails in their special Art Issue. Here's what they said:
"Painterly high-impact colour commanded attention on the spring/summer 2014 runways. At Chanel, makeup artist Peter Philips painted Van Gogh-like strokes, layering pitch-black liner around the eyes as if he were framing a painting. At Manish Arora, face painter Kabuki created a "Josephine Baker meets 1990s raver" look by colour-blocking white, electric lime and hot pink, dragging the pigments from the inner corner of the eye toward the nose. Things took a messy turn at Vivienne Westwood, where models unsuccessfully dodged Jackson Pollock-like splatters of brown and gold paint from makeup artist Val Garland. Talk about surviving an art attack."
